I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, from the moment I checked in, through the entire procedure. Dr Starr kept me informed of what he was doing and asked if I was feeling okay throughout the procedure. Great Doc!!!

Dr. Starr and his staff were amazing! I had my wisdom teeth removed. It was a quick and painless procedure. I feel great. I waited until I was in my 30s because I was nervous/scared about the procedure but it was nothing like I expected! Thank God! I opted for the numbing shots and it worked out better for me.

I drove in from Evansville today.to an appointment with Dr. Starr. The staff was very nice,and courteous. I was worried about having a broken wisdom tooth removed. Dr.Starr,s assistant kept me calm and the doctor had me on my way. I drove almost 2 hours pain free back home. I will definitely refer Starr Oral to my family and friends. Five Stars for sure.

They took really good care of me and told me everything I needed to know. You did a great job on all 4 of my wisdom teeth. It seems to be healing pretty quick too. Did a good job on stitching it. First couple days it aches and swells but if you keep up with icing it the 3rd day the swelling starts going away.I haven’t had any problems. Thank you

Dr. Starr and his team were amazing! They were professional, caring, efficient, and great communicators before, during, and after the procedure. I have a history of resistance to Novicane and a lot of anxiety around dental work due to bad experiences with other providers in the past, but he and his team had me completely at ease. I had two extractions and plasma therapy done, and one day post op I have zero pain and zero swelling. I have some more work that needs done in the future, and I am absolutely planning on going to them again. Thank you Dr. Starr & team!

Doctor Starr and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had some questions about getting my wisdom teeth removed and they explained everything that they planned on doing. They were extremely friendly and understanding, if I ever need more teeth removed or anything like that I’d go to Dr. Starr and his staff over anyone else!

The staff and doctor are beyond amazing! Everyone was so friendly and they were even able to fit me asap so I didn't have to wait with extreme tooth pain. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I need any more dental work done, I'll definitely make the hour plus drive to see him again! I promise you won't be disappointed, even with high expectations! 😉

Dr. Starr is one of the best oral surgeons. We met for consultation for my wisdom teeth for the first time and he was so funny, caring, and made me feel comfortable in the chair. The day i went in for surgery, the nurses were so kind and made sure i was well cared for. I was explained every step of the procedure before they began, was asked if I had any concerns, and felt completely heard. Dr. Starr called me later in the evening after my surgery to check on me. This really made me feel welcome & comfortable to reach out for any concerns. Also, you get to choose the music that plays during surgery! And ask for a blanket to fall asleep with! 10/10 recommend Dr. Starr to anyone stressing about their surgery.

I avoid dental appointments at all costs.. was super nervous and in a lot of pain.. Dr Starr and his staff were amazing and gentle. Dr Starr even called me at 8pm to check on me and make sure I was ok and to ask if I had any questions for him.. Definitely recommend him for anything

I was terrified to get all my teeth pulled, however I had a great feeling about Dr. Starr so I let him pull all my teeth. It's been about 10 hrs now since they got pulled and I have absolutely no pain just very little soreness. I am so glad for this place. Had a wisdom tooth infection got in a week after my appointment for my consultation and a few days after for extraction. The staff and Dr.Star was just exceptional and if I could I would go back again for wisdom teeth. No pain , assured me , and really explained everything well. I completely forgot the assistant name due to being under but I think she was amazing and suggest her anytime , any day. If she does read this thank you:)

I went in to get 4 teeth removed one moller and 3 wisdom teeth. As a kid up till now I have had a vary big fear of the dentist but after this experience im vary happy and not at all scared. To the front staff and the back every singe one was vary professional and personal they really do care there. I got there at 10am and I was out by 11 11:30 at max I don’t t remember as I was still out of it. I figured that would be the end of it but at 10pm around 47 min ago I get a call from the dentist asking how I was I just want to say vary surprised to get that call really ment a lot they are closed and yet he went above and beyond I would tell anyone getting teeth out go here 10/10 if i could give more stars I would. Everyone was amazing!!! My daughter was referred and had her tooth removed same day! It was so quick and easy. My daughter was so anxious and they made her feel at ease and she left smiling. I appreciated all of their efforts to help her along. Even Dr. Starr playing Taylor swift for her ☺️

I was scared of the Dentist until Dr. Starr and his practice. AMAZING. Everyone is super nice and explains everything thoroughly. Everyone working there seems to be having a good time and honestly enjoying their job. It’s a great environment. They are gentle and VERY caring. If you are not comfortable they will do everything they can to make your experience better. BEST OF THE BEST.

Everyone that works there was super friendly. They made me feel very comfortable even though I hate going to the dentist. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any type of medical office. And Dr. Starr personally called me in the evening after my surgery to check on me. I had gone to ER due to severe tooth pain. I was given an antibiotic and Toradol to hold me over until I could get into a dentist. The hospital gave me a list of pretty much everyone in town, but I asked them for the best oral surgeon and the nurse recommended Dr Starr. Dr Starr and his staff not only got me in to be seen that day at 4:00pm, but stayed after, put me under sedation and pulled 4 infected teeth that were absolutely killing me! I could not believe it. Him and his team were so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them! Dr Starr even called me that night to check on me! Such an amazing group!

Dr Starr and his staff were so kind to stay and take care of my son when he accidentally knocked one of his front teeth in! We had to come from an hour away and they were so willing to get him in that day as it’s hard for a four year old to have to wait for a day with the pain from his tooth! They took such good care of him and he did so well with them! Thank you so much Dr Starr and staff for all you did for my baby!!

Dr. Starr and his incredible staff were so helpful and attentive. They helped me out and put me in when they didn’t have to over a misunderstanding. He did everything to make me comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. His whole staff including himself are wonderful people and I’m still amazed by them! Dr. Starr and his staff were so kind and caring to me. I had extreme anxiety about the procedure I was about to have and they did their absolute best to make me comfortable! I don't remember a thing! Best part - Dr. Starr HIMSELF called to check on my son that same evening. As a mom of 5, multiple procedures have gone down in the last 23 years ... (for myself and my boys) I have never had the doctor/surgeon call, always a nurse. (Not that nurses are bad)

I highly recommend. I was in a panic and horrible pain right before the holiday coming up, and this wonderful office of compassionate (MIRACLE WORKERS TO ME) truly helped me immediately. I was nervous I would be in horrible pain all through the holiday and they squeezed me in because they wanted to help me not be miserable. Everyone was so nice, and talked me through everything because I have always been nervous for dentist trips, but now I will always recommend these wonderful professionals and kind people. My words can't express my appreciation enough.

I highly recommend this office! I went to my regular dentist today for what was supposed to be an easy appointment. Unfortunately, my tooth had other ideas. I was referred to this office and they agreed to see me right away for an extraction. The entire office stayed through lunch and made sure to make me feel at ease through the entire process. Dr. Starr took his time removing my tooth so that I would have the shortess healing time possible. No stitches!!! Thank you to the entire staff ❤️

I recommend everything about this place, I'm a sissy and spent days randomly crying before my surgery day. googled every possible way u could die while getting your teeth cut out...and what the odds are of it happening...lol...
I had 32 teeth taken, cut , and pulled, and I'm pretty sure some jaw bone grinding lol and this man and his sidekick girls have made this so amazing. pain is something that I have not experienced not one time since I left his office ..its sunday and my surgery was tuesday.....my face is now occasionally fat and swollen...but it doesnt hurt at all...and ibuprofen fixes that!. The girls are like ...the sisters that make u feel safe and okay...never rude, never judgy, nothing..very very sweet! and just as careful as he is.
Your doctor is careful, calm, amazing, makes you feel like your not at the dentist..bc hes an oral surgeon!! Not a dentist! lol I'm pretty sure he doesnt allow it to even smell like a dentists office either!! lol bc it doesnt..which is a tremendous help! It's crazy how he can make you feel so safe when anywhere else you wouldve been hyperventilating, crying, and not letting go of the person's hand who came with you!
I cry at age 33 going to a dentist and always have. This place has changed my life completely. My outlook on things and it's now my mission to make sure to send anyone and everyone I can to this guy. He by accident I think, set everyone on his schedule back an hour by taking the extra time on my mouth...an extra fregin hour!!!...he did so much for us...that was TO US, extra...but to him, how your supposed to treat your patients... I want to give back to this guy as much as I can and if all I can do is let the state of indiana know that this is who they need in there life/mouth lol then I will spend forever writing reviews..lol.. thank you so much Dr.Starr you are amazing.

I have really bad medical anxiety and I was not thrilled to find out that I needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed! With Starr they made it easy, fast, affordable, almost pain free, and very comfortable. At least when it comes to dentistry I’m a little less anxious thanks to Starr Oral Surgery! Thanks!

Dr Starr was very friendly, confident and accommodating. Despite a health condition I have, he made my wisdom tooth extraction totally not a big deal. It was done without sedation and I was perfectly at ease (mostly). I would recommend Dr Starr to anyone.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out from this office and I had an amazing experience (although with the sedation I don't remember some of it). I felt like I knew Dr. Starr personally after meeting him the first time and all of his dental assistants were so nice and accommodating! Clean, new feeling office. Dr. Starr was solid the whole process. Explained my scan and showed me current and eventual problems. We agreed on goals and a course of action together. Actually enjoyed talking with him and he kept me at ease and confident in both his ability and the outcome of my surgery. Home now doing well, called to tell me I should feel free to call back with any questions I might have. Skilled, friendly, seems to care. 👍👍👍✊
