I wanted to share how grateful we are for the team at Starr Oral Surgery. My son had to have an invasive procedure to remove extra teeth, and the process ended up being longer and more involved than we originally expected. As a parent, situations like that can be really stressful, but the entire team was incredibly supportive throughout the whole experience.

Even during a longer procedure, they kept such good spirits and made sure we felt informed and comfortable. It meant a lot to know he was in such capable and caring hands. They also took the time to call and check in afterward, which really shows how much they care about their patients beyond just the appointment itself.

Going through something like this with your child is never easy, but the compassion, professionalism, and kindness from everyone at Starr Oral Surgery made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We are truly thankful for their care and would highly recommend them to any parent needing oral surgery for their child.

Great. I had my uppers done and had 0 pain. The whole procedure took less than an hour. Outstanding service and work.

I got two wisdom teeth pulled and had a great experience, they fit me in last minute, the staff was so kind, and the oral surgeon was wonderful! Reasonably priced as well!!

Dr Starr and his team were amazing. As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and accommodate my needs! My procedure was quick and painless. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Dr Starr and his assistant were amazing. They knew about my dental anxiety and that I had never had any work done other than cleanings and literally held my hand through the whole process of getting all four of my wisdom teeth out . They ensured I was numb and even played music for me (& sang to me haha) . It felt like they were my friends after no time & they genuinely cared about me as a person. I have never had a more positive experience anywhere else & would reccomend them to anyone !

Dr Starr personally follows up every surgery with phone call checking on his patients. We were so thankful to have found such a great oral surgeon and his top notch staff. My procedure went smoothly and painlessly. I was very nervous before it due to my age and health issues but they did an excellent job explaining everything and taking the time to make me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Great place!! I’ve taken two of my teenagers there for wisdom teeth removal and the staff was wonderful! Dr. Starr is very nice and knows what he’s doing!! Definitely recommend!

i needed my wisdom teeth removed so badly, but they were all booked up for a while, so they squeezed me in this morning before they even opened! i was shocked they offered to do that! i’ve never seen an office of any sort care about their patients well being that much! the surgery was quick and painless and they gave me easy to follow directions for afterwards. the sedation worked so well, i didn’t even realize i was awake until i was halfway home! 10/10, would absolutely recommend Starr Oral Surgery!

I had my wisdom teeth removed earlier today and I feel great. The whole experience was great. I was put to sleep and next thing I know I was in the truck and my husband was driving me home. It truly does not feel like I had oral surgery. Dr. Starr was fantastic. When my kids need their wisdom teeth removed I would take them there in a heartbeat.

Dr Starr and all the staff are exceptional! Our son just had his wisdom teeth removed and this team made sure the process went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail and we felt welcome to ask any questions. All prescriptions were called in and waiting for us by the time the procedure was finished. Dr Starr called that same evening to check on our son and answer any additional questions we had. ☺️ To the entire staff—thank you for your kindness and taking such good care of our son!

I normally don't do reviews, but I think Dr. Starr and his staff deserve this. I had a full mouth extraction yesterday and I have yet to feel any pain, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend Starr Oral Surgery to anybody needing any dental work done they're excellent!!

My name is Rod Titus , I had an appointment yesterday 12/2/25, for an extraction, from the time I came into the office I was treated very kindly by everyone I talked with , and Dr. Starr took time and explained everything that he would be doing in detail, as well as the options I have for the reconstruction process. The whole staff here show compassion and kindness, this kind of attitudes toward patients is rare in this day and age , I very much appreciate being treated like a family member !!! My experience with Dr. Starr and his staff was the best. 10/10. They were so kind and explained everything I needed to know. They educated me on all of the options for my procedure and let me choose what I wanted done with no pressure. My procedures went great and I really appreciated Dr. Starr calling to check on me that night. They are very caring and respectful. I highly recommend them.

First I would like to say that I am not a big fan of Dentist ,have bad experiences over the years ,but at 76 yrs old I want to let people know how great my experience was with Dr Austin Starr and the entire staff!!!! I was extremely nervous when I went in the office, the lady at the front desk is worth her weight in gold, she was very kind, understanding about how I was feeling. She was not judgmental she tried to help calm me down ,as she could see how nervous ,I was and it did help somewhat. Everyone was ,as she ,was very helpful !! When I met Dr Starr ,Wow he was terrific , he saw my nerves too ,he made me laugh and gave me reassurance all was going to be ok and IT WAS thank you Dr Starr and to each and everyone of your staff for a good experience instead of another nightmare! I would recommend you to everyone and already have done so!!!!

Fantastic office! Fantastic staff! Dr Starr is super nice! I appreciated the detailed explanation of treatment from him. Ashley is a rockstar assistant and made me feel at ease the entire time. Starr Oral Surgery was fantastic to Angel at the front , Janine helping with insururance questions and to Dr Starr my experience was great! I was a work in patient, but never felt as I was! Dr. Starr called to check in, great personal touch! I had to have a tooth pulled and would recommend to anyone needing this done. Recently having a terrible experience to using Dr Starr no comparison! Thank you!!!

It was my first tooth pull. Everyone was nice and doctor starr was amazing.

Wow just wow! From someone with a fear of dentist after a past traumatic dental experience in the past, Dr Starr was amazing. He was very straight forward with what needed and was in and out. I opted for having plasma put in to aid healing after extraction and highly reccomend. A week later and feel completely better and healing fantastic. 10/10 reccomend!

Dr. Starr is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I had some trouble with my insurance, but Angel was amazing and worked everything out for me. I recently had a full mouth extraction and was really nervous going in, but Dr. Starr and his entire staff made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. They did a wonderful job, and even the day after, I’m feeling better than I expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Starr to anyone who needs dental work done — you’ll be in great hands!

Absolutely wonderful place done a great job, had no concerns at all...

Not as happy as most patients, my daughter was almost immediately in pain after leaving. I definitely didn't feel like their was much personal attention, as she was kinda pushed out the side door very much still very sedated.
My oldest daughter was in a recovery room and more awake and able to care for herself after the hour in recovery following the procedure at a different facility.
Our hour drive home took us almost two hours and I had to stop twice to get wipes, towels, gauze and ice packs. Also, we didn't receive a note for school. With the removal of 4 wisdom teeth I am sure she will miss more than just today. Would definitely recommend bringing someone else to care for your child if you have a long drive. Maybe , my daughter just doesn't handle pain well or metabolizes fast. After speaking with him later, i need to add. He stated he reversed medication, i would assume she wasnt waking up quick enough, maybe that is why she was in such severe pain almost immediately. I don't think I will be returning there with my younger two children. She did love Angel though, one staff member was outstanding. If you have other options available I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Starr lives up to his name. He is WONDERFUL(!) and so is his staff. Jenny and Jeneen at the front desk were welcoming, kind and helpful in completing the lengthy paperwork. Dental Assistant Lacey was terrific before, during, and after the extraction.

Was honestly a great experience! The staff was very kind, made sure I understood every step of the process. Explained the before and after care of getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Answered any questions i had. They made me feel very comfortable and not worried at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
